Decisions based on Yutax reports, data, or scores are made exclusively by independent service providers.


2. REGULATORY FRAMEWORK AND DATA PROTECTION PRINCIPLES

Yutax provides services primarily within the United States and the Caribbean region. Our services are not intentionally directed toward residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom.

However, Yutax adopts internationally recognized data protection principles, including transparency, purpose limitation, reasonable data minimization, information security, and organizational accountability.

Where specific legislation becomes legally applicable, Yutax will assess and address relevant obligations in accordance with the governing legal framework.

8. YUTAX SCORE 1.0 AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING

The YUTAX SCORE 1.0 is an automated numerical trust indicator ranging from 100 to 900, generated through automated processing based on provider-reported information.

Users acknowledge that:

  • The score is generated through automated processing
  • Human review may not be mandatory
  • Technical adjustments may be made to correct internal errors

9. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Yutax may share information with:

  • Authorized business providers
  • Identity verification entities
  • Technology partners
  • Corporate affiliates

Information shared is limited to the authorized purpose and contractual access level.

Yutax does not commercialize individual personal data for mass marketing purposes.
